Target Muscle Group

Specifically pinpoint what muscle groups to work on during your session (eg. Biceps, Chest, Shoulders, etc)

Hi! I want workouts for the chest, glutes, etc, how can I do that automatically?

  • On your workout page, tap the Workout Plan Settings icon located on the lower right-hand side of your screen

  • After that, select ‘Target Muscle’, and choose your information. The app will then create personalized exercises based on your information, fitness goals, fitness level, available equipment, machines, schedule, and other relevant factors.
