Deleting Through the App
Open the GymStreak App: Launch the GymStreak app on your device. Make sure you are logged into your account.
Go to Settings: Tap on the 'Settings' icon, found in the top right corner of the log section.
Select Account Options: In the Settings menu, find the 'Account' section.
Request Account Deletion: Look for an option labeled 'Delete Account' and select it. You may need to enter your password or confirm your identity.
Confirm Deletion: Read the information about what data will be deleted and what may be retained. Confirm your choice to proceed with the account deletion.
Deleting Through Email Contact
Send Us an Email: Compose an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include Your Details: In the email, please provide your GymStreak username and the email address associated with your account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request.
Await Confirmation: Once we receive your email, our support team will contact you to confirm the deletion request and inform you about the process and timeline.
Data Deletion and Retention
When you delete your GymStreak account, please be aware of the following:
Data Deletion: Your personal workouts, progress data, and personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Restoration: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please be certain of your decision before proceeding.
