# Creating a Custom Exercise

Manually create an exercise, equipment, or machine that is not available in the app

### How can I log an exercise (equipment/machine) that I can't find in the app yet?

-   On the bottom part your workout page, tap '+' then select 'Add Individual Exercise'
    
-   Tap the folder icon in the middle part underneath the human animation and select '+'
    
-   Plot your information accordingly, then tap the 'Save' icon
    
-   Once created, choose it on the list and tap 'Done'
