Updating Training Splits (eg. Push - Pull - Legs)

Alter your desired workout split based on your desire

Hi! How can I change my training split to Push/Pull/Legs?

  • On your workout page, there’s a feature called ‘Workout Bank’ where you can save your session if you want to redo the workout again or perhaps instantly generate exercises according to your desired split via ‘Instant Workout’. It is located on the lower left-hand side of your screen

  • On the next page, Choose ‘Instant Workouts’ and select your preferred training accordingly (eg. Legs)

  • Once done, it will then generate tailored exercises for you based on your information, workout goal, fitness level, available equipment, machine, schedule, and such.
