# Metric System

Switching from Metric (kg, km, m, cm) to Imperial (lb, mi, ft, in)

**How do I change it from kg to lbs or lbs to kg?**

-   Go to your 'Profile Settings' page
    
-   Tap the menu icon on the lower right-hand side of your workout page screen
    
-   Hit the gear icon, then select 'Unit System' and choose your information accordingly
