# App Language

Change the language of your app accordingly

**How can I change my language based on my preference? Or switch it back to English?**

-   Go to your 'Profile Settings' page
    
-   Tap the menu icon on the lower right-hand side of your workout page screen
    
-   Hit the gear icon, then select 'Language' and choose your information accordingly
